There are many people that are having insomnia. Perhaps you question yourself how hypnosis can help you to fall asleep very quickly or how you can can hypnotize yourself to sleep.

At first we have to distinguish between the “real sleep” everybody knows and the hypnotic sleep- also called the „hypnotic trance“. Hypnotic trace is a state between full awareness and the “real sleep”. Its a natural state of intellect everyone experiences every day subconsciously.

To archieve a deep sleep we first at all have to go into a hypnotic trance.  At this point you might question yourself how you can go into a deep state of trance. There are many possibilities to go into hypnosis. All inductions focus your attention to allow your subconscious intellect to get information without the conscious intellect’s filters. To find some excellent self hypnosis tutorials you can simply search for them at google.  I am going to post some tutorials, but its not the topic of this article.

Once you are in trance you will go deeper and deeper whether you don’t give yourself any suggestions any more. The trance will automatically deepen itself now and when the trance gets very deep you will knee-jerk fall into the “real sleep”.

This whole process takes just a few minutes and is much quicker then waiting for falling asleep. You can use it wherever you want to sleep very quick: on a bus trip, an air trip or to fall asleep at night.

Whether you are well versed to self hypnosis you can give yourself suggestions like “The next time I wake up I will feel refreshed and fully awake.” or some other positive suggestions that can help you to improve your life.
